Delete your Adinci account

This page explains how to ask for your Adinci account, and the data linked to it, to be deleted. It applies to the Adinci app for Android and to adinci.com, operated by legal name.

How to ask

1. Send an email to contact emailfrom the email address of your Adinci account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
2. If you can no longer use that address, write from another one and give us the email address and phone number of the account. We check that the account is yours before deleting anything.
3. We confirm your request by email and delete the account within 30 days.

You do not need the app installed to ask. A “Delete my account” button inside the app is coming.

Before you ask: any coins left on your account are lost when the account is deleted. Withdraw them first.

What we delete

• Your profile: name, email address, phone number, age, gender, city, country and photo, and your sign-in details.
• Your location history: your zone visits and location checks.
• Your chat messages, your support requests and their attachments.
• The images and videos you uploaded.
• Your app installation identifier.
• For distributors: your shop sign and your application details.

What we keep, and for how long

• Records of money movements (deposits, withdrawals, purchases, rewards and voucher redemptions), without your name or contact details, for as long as accounting law requires.
• Statistics that zone owners and advertisers already see remain as anonymous numbers.
